CANCELLATION POLICY

I require that a credit/debit card to be added to secure your appointment. My cancellation fee is 100% of booked services.   If you cancel your appointment:   Prior to 48 hours, your card will not be charged.   If you cancel 48-24 hours before your appointment, your card will be charged.  However, if you rebook your appointment, you can use the credit for that appointment.    If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, your card will be charged, and you will not receive a credit.    No show appointments:    First no show:  You will be billed for the services that you booked for.  You will be allowed to rebook; however, you will not be entitled to use the charge as a credit.   Second no show:  You will be billed for the services that you booked for.  You will no longer be entitled to book appointments.    Thank for your understanding.
